Terms & Conditions

General Provisions
Rudnická Salon provides services in accordance with quality standards and applicable safety regulations. Booking or visiting the salon constitutes the client’s acceptance of these terms.

Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be made online or by phone. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the procedure. In case of no-show, the salon may require a deposit for the next appointment.

Deposit and Payment
Some services require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable in case of delay or absence. Payment is made according to the current price list after the service is provided.

Client Tardiness
Delays longer than 10 minutes will shorten the procedure duration. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation.

Health Restrictions

Hygiene and Safety
All procedures are performed in accordance with hygiene standards. Clients are required to follow salon rules of conduct and hygiene.

Results depend on the individual characteristics of the client. Following post-procedure recommendations is essential for achieving the desired effect.

Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are non-refundable and valid until the specified date. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

Personal Data
Personal data is used exclusively for client service and is not shared with third parties.

Photo and Video Materials
Materials featuring the client’s image are used in the salon portfolio only with prior consent.

Force Majeure
In unforeseen situations, the salon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel planned procedures.
